About “Agromagazine” registration for 2008
We are glad to inform our readers that our electronic scientific publication “AGROMAGAZINE” founded by the Moscow State Agroengineering University named after V.P.Goryachkin was registered in the Federal Depositary of Electronic Publications “Informregister” on September 12, 2007 and the State Registration number was assigned to the “Agromagazine” as 0420800044.
Registration Certificate #094 was issued to the “Agromagazine” on September 12, 2007 (JPG, 840 Kb).
The registration is valid throgh 2008.

About references to “Agromagazine” articles in Degree dissertations
In July 2007 “Informregister” together with the Federal Supervision Service in the area of education and science determined “The procedure of registration of electronic journals where the articles may be referred to as reflecting the content of dissertations” (PDF, 414.7 Kb).
According to item 17 of The Procedure, “the articles published in electronic journals may be referred to if the journal is registered”.
As far as including registered electronic journals in the so called Higher Attestation Commission (VAK) List, it is decided by VAK in the beginning of every calendar year.

ATENTION
